ACCREDITED PSYCHOTHERAPIST
BSc (Hons) in Couns. Psych., MSc CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Prof.Certificate in Children and Loss. Professional Certificate Working with Trauma RCSI. Professional Certificate Adolescent Psychotherapy
I am a fully accredited IACP Psychotherapist with a BSc (hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MSc in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). Previously as an SNA I have worked with children with diverse needs, which in turn gave me an insight into the struggles that parents and carers may also experience.
I work integratively as a therapist using modalities of CBT, Person-Centred and Psychodynamic therapy. I have a special interest in bereavement and loss, anxiety and depression, trauma, childhood adverse experiences and PTSD. I believe that everyone has a voice that needs to be heard.
Within my practice, I help clients explore and develop this emotional voice, in a non-judgemental safe space. Please feel free to call me to set up a session.
