How many sessions do I need to attend?
There are no set number of sessions that you need to attend. Some clients come for one session or long-term. This is a personal decision and one you can make at any time.
How long is the session?
Each session will last 50 minutes.
How much is the session?
Each session costs €70.
You may be able to avail a proportion of the cost through your healthcare provider and a receipt will be provided if required.
Do I need a GP referral to attend?
No you do not need to be referred; you can book an appointment directly to either of our numbers.
Are the sessions confidential?
All sessions are conducted in a confidential, secure, and safe environment.
What if I need to cancel a session?
Sometimes it may be necessary to cancel or rearrange your session, if enough time is given there will be no cost incurred. However, there will be a charge if you give us less than 24 hours’ notice.
